So, this term refers to times when men feel entitled to a woman's body, time, space, and other things of the like for no reason other than that they are a man and she is a woman.

The word entitlement means fact of having a right to something; however, in this sense, when entitlement is mentioned the meaning that’s referred to is a sense of entitlement — the belief that one is inherently deserving of privileges or special treatment.
An example of male entitlement in a sexual sense would be catcalling
A more extreme example would be rape or even death
— feeling entitled to a woman’s body to the point where they would exact it from them regardless of their will
Male entitlement doesn’t only apply to strangers.
Some examples of that entitlement in interpersonal relationships is when one partner tries to coerce the other into sex
Some believe that it is a girlfriend or wife’s duty to have sex whether she actually wants to or not.
